My name is Jane Turner, standing for the Green Party. I have lived in the Caxton and Papworth ward for the last 30 years and feel lucky to live in such a beautiful, rural area where community spirit is strong. I also work nearby as a Nursery Teacher, and therefore am aware of many of the issues affecting people locally. I am an active member of the National Education Union and International Solidarity Officer for the Cambridgeshire District. I am passionate about celebrating the rich cultural diversity within our local communities, fighting racism, and bringing people together through shared humanity.
