Survey Results Summary
Firstly, thank you to everyone who took part in this survey — your votes are important, and we truly appreciate your input.
A total of 158 votes were recorded, with the results as follows:
58 Votes - Paddling Pool to remain open
48 Votes - Splash Pad to replace the pool
52 Votes - Pool to be closed and repurpose
As shown in the pie charts below, the results were fairly evenly split. While it could be argued that there is strong support for retaining a water feature of some kind, this may not necessarily be the case, as votes for either the Pool or Splash Pad options may not have been cast directly against repurposing the area.
Again, a big thank you to everyone who took the time to vote. Your participation is invaluable. Let’s hope the upcoming consultations are successful and that, with the support of the Parish Council, the village can achieve the facilities it wishes for.
