As we move into the autumn months, we would like to thank our patients for their continued support. Our team remains committed to providing high-quality care and ensuring patients receive the right help from the right healthcare professional at the right time.

We are pleased to welcome Jo, who will be joining Papworth Surgery as our new Medical Secretary in October.

We are also delighted to share that, from 1 October, Dr Melody Turner will be joining the practice on a fixed-term basis, working one day per week. We look forward to welcoming Dr Turner to the team and the additional support she will provide to our patients.

As winter approaches, please remember to book your flu and COVID-19 vaccinations when invited if you are eligible.

We are currently looking for new members to join our Patient Participation Group (PPG). The PPG gives patients the opportunity to work alongside the practice, share ideas, and help shape and improve local services. If you are interested in getting involved, please contact the surgery for further information.

You can also help us by:

● Attending appointments on time.

● Cancelling appointments you no longer need.

● Ordering repeat prescriptions with plenty of notice.

● Treating our staff with courtesy and respect.
